What is My First Crayon?

Once upon a time I was a full time web designer and the new mom of a baby girl. In my 'awww isn't she cute' mode I came up with 'MyFirstCrayon' as a website name that she could use as she grew up to expand her artistic desires....should she have any. :) Well, it is 4 1/2 years later and my daughter is coming along nicely with her desire to play computer games (and her requests that it's her turn) but we have yet to expand from paper-crafts and scissors to computer art.

SO, in the meantime, I have decided to save the Blogger name 'My First Crayon' (also have the website for future development and twitter to get with it) for my fun and my daughter's future fun. Since I have a major lifelong project of achieving my BA in English I may use this as a spot for course ups and downs. I also may include home, work, and field trips.

I imagine this will be a semi-private diary type blog since I can't imagine how on earth I would get any followers...besides friends of course :)....especially if I don't post to it often. We'll see! I will remain a positive influence on the technological world! hardy har har.
